Where
Each circle is a group of at least 3 neighbouring sites, drawn at the group's average position and named after the nearest neighbourhood. It is not the position of any one home. Sites that cannot be placed, and sites overseas, are left off the map.

Multi-site events
- Eight sites lost contact with our monitoring controller
30 Oct 2026 02:14 to 02:44 SGT
8 of 16 sites on one controller went quiet within one minute and came back in two groups at 02:25 and 02:43. Of the sites whose carrier we can identify, the first group was on StarHub and the second on Singtel. Every gateway kept running, and where the sites report their own internet health checks they showed no downtime, so this looks like a problem on the route between those carriers and our controller, not an internet outage at the sites. Cause still under investigation.
Wi-Fi by device type
Disconnects per Wi-Fi client per day across 16 sites. Client type is guessed from the device name, so treat it as indicative. Phones leaving the house also count as disconnects. Windows is only 14 clients. Snapshot 2026-10-30, last 14 days.
| Device type | Clients | Drops per client per day (lower is better) |
|---|---|---|
| Other / unidentified | 225 | 0.38 |
| Mac | 28 | 0.44 |
| iPhone / iPad | 163 | 0.49 |
